Warranty Policy

 Raw wood furniture guarantees the quality of its products against manufacturing defects, and the guarantee includes the following items:

• Scope of coverage: Defects resulting from the manufacturing process, peeling, cracking, and rust that may occur to metal frames, and damage caused by weather conditions (sun and humidity) during the warranty period.
• Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Exclusions: The warranty is not valid in the following cases: Misuse or use for purposes other than those for which the product was intended. Modifications made to the product by the customer. Improper cleaning methods or the use of chemicals that damage the product. Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or natural disasters.
